1. Product model introduction

TS130FR CNC floor type horiz o ntal (square ram structure) boring and mills is our company using domestic and foreign advanced technology, through computer 3 D modeling and computer finite element analysis, according to the modular design method of advanced CNC machine tools with independent intellectual property rights.The machine tool is suitable for large and medium-sized parts, multi-working face milling, drilling, boring, tapping, thread processing, milling end surface, two-dimensional, three-dimensional curved surface and other multi-process processing.

2. Product structure characteristics

2.1 High strength resin sand castings for machine bed body, ram seat, column and tail cylinder; high grade ductile iron; and after no less than two thermal treatments, the accuracy of the machine can be stable for a long time.

2.2 Spindle: The spindle consists of boring spindle and milling spindle . The spindle bearing adopts the inlet bearing with high speed, high rigidity and high precision.The main drive system adopts the spindle AC servo motor and two-stage mechanical speed change combination, and the spindle can obtain a stepless speed regulation of 10 ~ 2500 r /Mindest.

2.3 The spindle material is 38CrMoAlA, good material characteristics, high wear resistance and hardness, the surface after nitride treatment final hardness above HV900, surface polishing treatment.

2.4 Guide rail: X, Y, Z, W, V axis guide rail all use MR series roller linear guide rail, MR series roller linear guide rail has the advantages of good rigidity, high static load and dynamic load capacity, self-lubrication, smooth movement and so on.The guide rail lubrication adopts the automatic centralized and regular quantitative lubrication system, so that the quantitative lubricating oil supplies oil to each lubrication point according to the set cycle, so that the movement auxiliary maintains the right amount of lubricating oil film, and the lubrication is fully and reliable.

2.5 Movement feed mechanism: X, Y, Z, W and V coordinate feed mechanism of the machine tool, driven by AC servo motor, transmission mechanism composed of deceleration box and preloaded ball screw auxiliary, and screw nut is a double nut structure with adjustable clearance.Each feed transmission mechanism has a reasonable and compact structure and high transmission accuracy, which can ensure the smooth drive of each moving part.

2.6 B alance mechanism:

2.6.1 The machine tool ram seat and ram parts use heavy hammer balance device to ensure the stability of the slip pillow movement above and below the column.

2.6.2 The electric and hydraulic balance compensation device is used for the ram extension and the deviation of the accessories to compensate for the error caused by the deviation of the pillow after the accessories are installed or when extending.

2.6.3 Pre-deformation compensation is used to offset the deflection caused by the dead weight when the pillow is out.

2.6.4 Compensation is made by using an electrical control system.

2.9 Electrical system: The electrical system adopts SIEMENS company 840D SL CNC system, 1SP spindle + 6 servo control.

2.10 Detection elements: X, Y and V axes adopt grating ruler, and B axes adopt circular grating to form a full closed-loop position detection.Z and W axes use encoders to form a semi-closed-loop position detection, to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool and the stable reliability of the electrical system and low failure rate;

The machine tool is in floor layout, composed of several large parts such as bed body, transverse moving column and sliding seat, side hanging ram and ram parts, and front longitudinal moving rotary table (purchase accessories); coordinates are defined as follows
